BEFORE YOU ORDER

A few questions.

All shop policies ↗
Can I order the plushie and poster together?

Yes. Add both to your cart and pay once. A plushie travels in a mailer and a poster in a rigid tube, so they ship as separate packages and each has its own shipping charge. Rat King preorders must be placed separately because their delivery timeline differs.

When will my order ship?

The Rem Catlock Plushie preorder has an estimated dispatch of 2 months after purchase. The Pulp Fiction Poster is made to order and ships in 2 to 3 weeks. These are dispatch estimates; transit time comes after that. The Rat King plush preorder may take up to 6–7 months from your order date to arrival, including development, production and delivery.

Where do I find my bag skin code?

In your order confirmation email and in your MerchLock account. Sign in with the email address you used for your order. The Catlock Rem bag skin code comes with the Rem Catlock Plushie.

Is this official Valve merchandise?

No. The plushies are inspired by DIECHANCE’s Catlock mod for Deadlock; the posters are independent fan art. MerchLock is not affiliated with Valve.
